In the present Personal Data Protection Policy, MM Translations Greece, as the controller, informs you about the way of collecting and processing your personal data. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) facilitates the compliance of the controller and the processor with the provisions of the General Regulation on Data Protection and mediates between the various stakeholders. His role is advisory (not decisive) and he does not bear personal responsibility for non-compliance with the Regulation. The person in charge or the executor of the processing is responsible for ensuring and being able to prove that the processing is carried out in accordance with the GPA.
